Google Going Into VoIP Or Instant Messaging?

According to GoogleRumors, Google is going to unveil some ‘communications tool’on wednesday 24th. Will this be some VoIP tool or maybe instant messaging? Or maybe both? Since there are already some rumors on Google buying Skype, it might make sense. Or not…
