Snap is a dialer that works under Windows XP, together with Asterisk. Snap finds your contacts phonenumber, tells Asterisk to dial the number and when connected ring your own phone. You pick up the phone and start talking! It integrates with outlook and office. More features can be found here.
I think this software is great because it lets you dial from your desktop but handle the calls with any hardware you´re comfortable with.
